We are a family owned and operated elk farm since 1996 and our animals are grass fed in the spring, summer and fall and fed hay and corn in the winter. Our animals are not given any hormones or antibiotics. We sell whole tenderloins, sirloin steaks, round steak, strip loin steak, chopped steak, burger tubes and patties, sirloin tip roasts, meatballs, garlic, cheese and cheese and jalapeno beer sticks, jerky, garlic and cheese and jalapeno summer saugage and elk bacon.
