Our business started from our kids' 4-H garden projects. None of them live in the area now, so Joe and Pat run the operation. Joe is in charge of growing and harvesting, and is the chief salesman. Pat has a licensed kitchen, and makes jams, flavored vinegars, candy and baked products.
