Read's Creek Nursery - established 1978

We are a family owned and operated nursery located in the hills of the Kickapoo Valley. We grow over 500 varieties of perennials including great new varieties every year. We also specialize in unusual woody specimens that are hardy for our tough climate. We trial many new plants each year in our extensive demonstration beds and observe their hardiness and "growability" in this area. We offer landscaping services that incorporate great plants, creativity, and sensitivity to your specific conditions. While we are not certified organic, we do not use, nor promote, the use of herbicides and pesticides in our installations or maintenance plans. We love to look for that "perfect" plant for our customers and welcome special orders. We look forward to seeing you!
Days / Hours of Operation:
We are open every day from mid-April until Thanksgiving. Monday - Friday 9-7. Saturday 9-6, and Sunday 11-5.
 
Our facility is handicap accessible.
Driving Directions:
We are located between Madison and LaCrosse, right on Hwy 14, just east of Viroqua about 7 miles. Look for the 35' sundial!
