Darlington Dairy Supply Co., Inc. - established 1958

We have a mobile Cheese plant that is built in a 53' semi trailer. This is a self-contained, turn-key cheese factory. We can produce fresh cheese curds along with many different types of cheese. This unit can be moved from location to location for festivals, promotional events and state fairs. This unit can also be set-up on a farm to process the milk straight out of the bulk tank. The mobile plant has viewing windows so spectators can view the cheese making process from outside the unit. Only external connections are required for complete operation. Feuture models will be set up to bottle milk, make yogurt, ice cream or butter.
