As Brown County's first winery, we feature estate-made, award winning wines along with vintages from California grapes. Trout Springs started in 1995 with the planting of a five acre vineyard. In 1998, a new winery building, complete with Tasting Room, wine lab, and bottling and fermentation room was buildt.
Tours of the winery taking you through the whole process from start to finish are given throughout the hours of operation by the winemaker himself.
As part of the "Tuscan Experience", specialty items such as fresh, homemade pesto, artisian Italian cheeses, rustic breads with herbs of your choice to make flavored dipping oils, salmon pate, and fresh trout fillets are available for your enjoyment. Because we are a licensed hatchery you can be assured that are trout fillets are the freshest! We have a large outdoor pergola where you can sit and look out over the vineyard while enjoying the tastes that define the Trout Springs Winery difference.

From the East & South:
From Interstate 43, take Cty Z west 6-7 miles through Maribel. Take a left on River Road and we are 3-4 miles at 8150 River Rd.
From the West & North:
From Hwy 172 east to Cty GV. At Cty GV, go south 1-2 miles. Take a left/east at Cty G, and go through Lark and past WayMor Park. After passing the park take a left on Wayside Rd., and 1-2 miles down, take a right on River Rd. We are the 2nd place on the right hand side.
