Evergreen Lane Farm is a 5th generation diversified family dairy farm, and is located just 5 minutes from Cedarburg's historic covered bridge. We pride ourselves in the sustainable and humane practices our farm implements, which are reflected in our products. Half or whole lambs, free-range eggs, potatoes and tomatoes are available, but please call ahead.
