LotFotL Community Farm grows vegetables and herbs on Certified Organic land in East Troy, at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute. We also source apples, strawberries and currants from local orchards, and sell them through various avenues. We sell at South Shore Farmer's Market in Milwaukee, as well as to restaurants and grocers in the greater Milwaukee area. We are currently enrolling up to 50 charter members into our CSA program for 2008. We will grow green beans, tomatoes, onions, asparagus, lettuce, and some other crops for wholesale in 2008. We may or may not certify our business in 2008, but will be growing on Certified Organic land. We also have intern and apprenticeship opportunities for 2008.
