Please look at the nutritional information (www.beltiebeef.com) on our new type of beef summer sausage - a delicious unique, healthy certified organic grass-fed beef summer sausage low in calories, low in fat, low in cholesterol, low in sodium and without nitrite preservatives and monosodium glutamate, yet still preserving the vitamin and polyunsaturated fatty acid content found in grass-fed beef. We use the beef from our roasts/ground chuck for our sausage product. Our partnership with Peter Blokhuis, our USDA and Certified Organic processor was critical to accomplish our goals. Peter is a Netherlands born meat processor schooled in the European methods of meat processing and sausage production.
