The Washington Hotel, Restaurant, and Culinary School is a beautifully restored turn-of-the-century hotel with modern-day comforts, such as steam showers and organic cotton linens. In the restaurant, you will find dishes made of seasonal ingredients from Washington Island, as well as deliciously fresh bread made in our brick oven from stoneground wheat grown on Washington Island.
