Misty Meadows Dairy began as a vegetable farm in 2000, and 4 years later devoloped into a full scale commercial goat dairy. We are a small family farm committed to growing a unique variety of vegetables that include many heirlooms, european varieties, and gourmet products. We specialize in growing beautiful garlic, shallots and onions, but our range goes much further than that. Every year we produce several different greens, hot and sweet peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, beets, carrots, and much more all guaranteed to be picked fresh before it reaches our customers. In 2004 we expanded our farm to include a commercial goat milking facility. We now milk around 160 goats, raise the young, and sell our milk to a local goat cheese plant. The milk is made into a wonderful range of flavorful goat cheeses, both fresh and aged. These delicious cheeses are available at both of our farm market stands, free samples always offered! On the farm we also produce our own range of goat milk soaps and lotions, which is also available at the markets and customers love them.
