Two Generations of Mushroom Growing, since 1976,located in Kenosha County, we are the oldest mushroom farm in Wisconsin,growing and selling fresh button mushroomsI was the first and for 10 years the only grower of portabella mushrooms, also growing shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, wild mushrooms in season, mushroom growing kits, heirloom vegetables and fresh herbs, pumpkins and winter squash, using organic growing methods,but not certified, We have a licensed specialty food processing kitchen, 'Shroomskitchen'. Specialty foods produced include pickled mushrooms with fresh herbs and spices, Portabella Salsa, pasta sauces, one of a kind relishes, sauces, and fresh foods to go prepared by our dedicated crew under the direction of Chef Peter Trusiak. All our kitchen products made using only the finest fresh ingredients, hand packed in small batches. See the kitchen, come to the shop and taste our many products.
