RuGar Farms is a full-time family farm specializing in fresh pork. Our pigs are raised naturally, bedded with straw and are not fed continuous antibiotics. We sell pork by the quarters and halves with custom processing and delivery. We also have a full line of individual retail cuts that are available during the summer months at the Amery and Balsam Lake farmers markets or by appointment. RuGar's Whole Hog Sausage is our own creation of a high quality-lower fat sausage that can be used in everything from burgers to spaghetti sauce.
