Urban Processing, LLC (www.urbanprocessing.com) is a privately held manufacturer of kosher sweetened dried cranberries serving primarily ingredient manufactures. Owned and operated by Dan and Cheryl Urban, the company was established in 2001 and is located in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. In addition to sweetened dried cranberries, the company produces a premium gourmet retail line under the brand name Urban Best which includes cranberry topping, jelly, syrups, and trail mixes.
