Falls Meat Service has been a family business since 1974. We began processing beef and pork, and have expanded to specialty meats, such as Norweigan meatball mix, rulepolse, head cheese, hot beef, marinated products, and much more. We were presented with the 2004 Wisconsin Grand Champion Bratwurst award, as well as the Champion Jerky award. In addition to our award-winning products, we have many other delicious sausage products in our retail store. These products can also be produced with venison. We process about 700 whole deer yearly. Venison trimmings can be brought to our store at any time for sausage making.
