Our farm sits atop a ridge overlooking Blue Mound State Park in the picuresque Driftless Region of southern Wisconsin. We are committed to sustainable practices, which include organic farming, a passive solar house, wind and solar power and an underground cheese curing cave. We make all of our cheeses from grass-fed cows' milk. We offer assorted organic, washed-rind and real raw milk cheeses. By appointment only. Please call.
