Tucked away in the Baraboo Hills, we raise the highest quality Purebred Berkshire Pork. Our hogs are raised on pasture without antibiotics, growth hormones or animal by-products. We are certified by the Animal Welfare Institute for humane pork production, one of only 250 farms in the U.S. to be certified. We offer individual cuts, pork bundles, half or whole hogs as well as authentic Polish Kielbasa, Andouille Sausage and many specialty items.
