We are a family owned small buffalo farm of about 20 animals. Our bison are grass-fed only and recieve no hormones or growth stimulants. Antibiotics are used only when necessary to maintain the health of an animal. All our meat processing is done in a state approved processing plant. We feature individual cuts of heart-healthy bison meat as well as sausage products. By products are also occasionally available. In addition to our on-farm store, you can find us weekly at the following farmer's markets May thru mid-Oct.; Waunakee 1st Wed. 3-6pm; Portage Thur. 12 to 6pm.; Lodi 2nd & 4th Fri. 2-6pm; Saturday we are at Princeton's famous Flea Market in the City Park 7am-2pm. From Nov. thru Mardh we are at the Appleton Downtown Winter Indoor Market held at the City Center 9am-12:30 pm. Saturdays. In the fall find us at the Green Lake Fall Festival, the Greenville Fall Festival. Looking for a tour? We offer free tours because we love to share our majestic animals.

Take Hwy 73N out of Princeton about 1 mi. Turn left on Cty Y (it becomes Losinski Rd) -go 1/4 mi. We are the first place on the left.
