Family owned and operated. We offer fresh cuts of pork and beef and fresh sausage. Award-winning smoked meats, hams, bacon, and sausages-- all made right here from family recipes. We are also offer custom processing of beef and pork to our local farmers. We will take in your boneless venison/game and process into products such as summer sausage, snack sticks, hickory smokedweiners, etc.
