Colby was invented in the town of Colby bach in 1885.
Colby Cheese House has many varities of cheese, specalizing in colby and cheddar cheese. We carry a full line of summer sausage and beef sticks. Mail order is a busy time with gift boxes and bulk cheese sent year round. If you would like a brochure of our gift boxes or bulk cheese please give us a call. We ship UPS all over the United States.

Colby Cheese Days is the third weekend in July. Fri.,
Sat., & Sun. Carnival and special events through the weekend with a parade on Sun.
