Paoli Cheese - established 1983

For over sixty years Paoli, Wisconsin has been visited by persnickety cheese buyers. Dairy farmers and city slickers alike would drive into the village knowing they'd find some of the finest cheese Wisconsin had to offer. Soon, Paoli's reputation for "good cheese sense" was common knowledge and, as the years went by, became tradition. Paoli Cheese carries on that tradition. For the past 21 years, we've searched the back roads of Wisconsin to find cheesemakers whose art has been a family practice for generations.
Days / Hours of Operation:
Winter Hours: Sunday through Friday 12pm to 5pm (CST), and Saturday 10pm to 5pm (CST).

Paoli Cheese is located at the crossroads of Hwy. PB and Hwy. 69 in Paoli, Wisconsin, 5 miles north of Belleville, 5 miles south of Verona. Just 10 miles southwest of Madison.
