Our fine beef is grown using high-quality grasses and some grain to add flavor and tenderness for your enjoyment of a very nutritious meal of steaks, burgers, roasts and more. We produce our beef using very sustainable practices that are environmentally friendly. Our hay and pasture lands receive no chemicals. Call ahead so we can bring your order to the Capitol Square on Saturday.
